Technician Training

Many times you just don’t have the skills or knowledge to operate a new piece of machinery or to master a process in the industry. Pittsburgh Embossing Services, Inc. is here to provide that knowledge and instruct you in those skills. Please review the information below to see how we can help you!

Training Options

A.  Operator/Maintenance Level 1
      Operator will be trained to recognize, clean, and repair minor                    maintenance issues (i.e. replacing rollers, suction cup, chute pads,           etc.)
B. Technician Level 1
     1. All of the above plus:
     2. Technician will be trained to recognize, respond, and repair                       potential and existing worn parts, problems that may interfere or              have interfered with normal production.
     3. Technician will be trained to remove and install all module top                     assemblies.
C. Technician Level II
     1. All of the above plus:
     2. Technician will be trained in the Theory of Operations
     3. Technician will be trained to diagnose, and repair to the                             mechanical level (i.e.) pulley's, gears, belts, cables, etc.
