The DataCard UltraForm inserter w/printer is designed for production volume use for attaching plastic cards to a paper carrier (letter, etc.). The laser printed carrier forms are matched to the embossed, encoded plastic cards and then the cards are attached to the carriers with a transparent, non-residue adhesive. This one pass process helps prevent errors such as sending the wrong card to your customer.
