Product Service Agreements provide for:
| At scheduled intervals, according to the specific type of equipment, our service technicians will clean, adjust, test and replace any parts necessary to ensure continued proper operation of your embossing equipment. |
| When a customer encounters a problem with their covered equipment, help is just a phone call away. Our service technicians will provide technical assistance over the telephone or by visiting the equipment site within four (4) hours to repair and return it to regular operation with as little down time as possible. |

Time & Materials Field Service| A second option for repairing and maintaining your embossing and related equipment is our Time & Materials Field Service. Our service technicians can perform remedial or preventive maintenance at your equipment's location. Their time (including travel), mileage and the materials and parts used will be billed accordingly. |
Time & Materials Depot Service| A third option for repairing and maintaining your embossing and related equipment is our Time & Materials Depot Service. Customers, who choose, can deliver or ship their equipment to our service facility. Then our service technicians will repair or perform preventive maintenance at your request. Their time, materials and parts used will be billed accordingly. Return shipping costs, if needed, are additional. |
