The CCS-200 Manual Embosser is designed for low volume use where data may be input by turning the character wheel on top to the character desired. Then the character is embossed by pulling the handle on the right side of the CCS-200. The automatic advance moves the card to the next position for another character. The CCS-200 embosses one card at a time which is loaded manually. Fonts include OCR number characters spaced at 7 characters per inch and alphanumeric characters spaced at 10 characters per inch. These look like the characters on traditional credit cards. Color tipping of the embossed characters and/or encoding of a magnetic stripe must be done on separate equipment.
