The Logika 540S Embosser is designed for low volume use where data may be input through a built-in keyboard or through a PC computer. The 540S embosses one card at a time which is loaded automatically. Fonts include OCR number characters spaced at 7 characters per inch and alphanumeric characters spaced at 10 characters per inch. These look like the characters on traditional credit cards. Color tipping of the embossed characters and encoding of a magnetic stripe is included.
